sweet

It's sounds kinda experimental in the beginning, but then the bass comes in and the most enjoyable part is the 1 minute mark. The lead is a good choice and the arrangement is very happy-sounding. I am gonna download ^_^

HOLY ARK OF THE COVENANT! 52 mixers! crap. just crap dude. that's alot. but now that I've stated the obvious, I will continue in that and say:

This was a great and enjoyable song!

Ethalyn responds:

Thanks! :)

mmmm ^________________^

you know what your songs remind me of? there was a game back on the xbox called . . . Sudeki. It had a very relaxing soundtrack, and I always loved it because they had this particular chord progression that was beautiful to the ears, but as soon as you started enjoying the chord - it ended. You capitalize on this very progression and it doesn't disapoint in the slightest.

so yeah. I enjoy your stuff. I am downloading this and Favoriting it as well.

Boux responds:

dont know what game your pointing to, but thanks alot again for the nice review

wonderfully relaxing

I agree w/ the guy below me. Why this song is a great listen as is - vocals would benefit it. BUt as you can see by my score, the lack of vocals does not subtract, so no worries ^_'

I also would have liked to have seen a little bit more work with those wonderful strings right before the outro. The single note all the way through creates some slight disharmony in places - This is the only reason I dock the one point at all.

BUT - I am gonna vote a 5 on this and fav and download. So good job!

Boux responds:

glad you appreciate that song, i changed key somewhere maybe this cause the slight disharmony. Yeah its not the first time i got request for lyrics but im no singer, thanks much for the review

I LOVE IT!

If you put up a full version, please PM me and I will review it. voted 5

PrEmoEffect responds:

Sure will do (It probably wont happen though D:

impressive

It's shaping up nicely. There is a little clipping going on with your bass o_o; if you could compress that, this would sound perfect. but other than that, this is very catchy and the transitions are very slick. I like the cool-down you have in addition to all the FX you have going on throughout. All the FX feel like they fit. Did you pull them out of movies? I think I hear a predator scream.

Please PM me when you update/finish this and I will review it ^_^

LeeAsher responds:

Thanks a lot man :) I know about the clipping, I will fix that in the final version.
Actually the woman you hear is ripped from a dutch commercial, and the screaming and monster sounds came from freesounds.com :P

I'll let you know when this is finished

yeah, I'd say you were successful

really enjoyable. A must download. I could easily see this playing in a rave and tons of people dancing retardedly like ravers do. Love the synth that transitions in in the beginning. really caught me by surprise that it would be there and the beat and bass of it was sheer excellence. ^_______^

Darren-M responds:

thank you! my objective was to make interesting synths for this piece.

im glad you enjoyed it. :)

hmmm

I like it with the vocals. I looked up the original and you did an awesome job!

I haven't be loafing! I swear. k, mebe a little loafing, But I HAVE put some work in on this one - the process is slowed down due to the fact that I don't have XXL :( I should be able to put something up soon. I hope. I'll need to send you an email explaining . . .

CyrusOfNaias responds:

Pleeease do, man :)

Thx!

wow -_- . . .

my. I had no idea what you were trying to do with this one. now I am immensely amused. glad you explained it to "nogrounds" below, cuz I was very lost w/ this project.

But hands down, the FUNNIEST part is at the end. ^__^

CyrusOfNaias responds:

x3 thx m8

This is liquid esctasy

I hope you are very pleased with this. Your effort does not go to waste in this song to the slightest degree! It's beautiful all around, very chaotic at parts, but so so so so enjoyable. That pad you use is very lush. is it a VST? which is it if it is?

This is very addictive, I will be listening to this for weeks to come. Keep 'em coming Hopeku, you're doing great, and I'll do my best to review them!

hopeku responds:

No vsts for me!

It's all Reason's machines :)

Thanks buddy!

sheer WOW

this certainly would be a sight to see someone play this in person. I can't exactly see the bowser thing . . . : \ but thats not important to enjoying the song (thank goodness ^__^). overall compostion is superb, as well as the constant energy. Something is always goin on, and the great thing - none of it crowds anything else out. So good job on the EQing! The transistions are like butter. A big stick of butta.

In reflecting on the name of the title, it certainly opens up the song, allowing me to "see/hear" which part is which. The tribulation but precision order in the beginning, and of course the lighter, hopeful, happier part at the end - leading on to something better. You certainly nailed the heaven feel on the nose. Even Assasin caught it ^_^

Excellent job! keep it up and don't stop expressing that creative spirit in you!

Dude09 responds:

Thank you very much for the great review ^_^ by any chance what does EQ mean? Definately thanks for the motivation to keep going, I'm hoping to go crazy at majoring in composition in college :)

I have a message. A message I intended to deliver in a medium few have broadcasted it in before. Its nothing new, but the world must know. You must know.
