I love that bassy thump. thump. The trance-man inside of me was wanting to hear it go Thump on every 1/4, but I decided I liked it the way it is because it adds to the anticipation feel of the song. Still woulda been nice to have that anticipation fulfilled, but I won't dock the score for that ^_' I like the instrument (I think a bell of some sort) that you introed at 1:08-09ish. I woulda liked to see that played with more because it sounds really pretty, mebe even its own melody would have been nice.

But this song is a lot more than I could do, so it scores well in my book for technicality. Its points drop only because I would have liked to have seen thsong take a break from the high-energy that the horns provided to a nice mellow melody with just strings and mebe a pad (or that nice bell-like instrument you used).

This is a lot better than the credit it's recieved. Your expansion on the original tune and not only staying true to it but keeping it completely new (coupled with your overall presentation and use of instruments) is a testament to your skills as a musician. I bet you took much joy in listening to this song the first time you listened to it.

This Donkey Kong Country fan is not dissapointed.

I'd love to hear a Mama bird Loop from DKC3. that was an enjoyable-chillax-able song to listen to. I'd be interested to hear what you could do with it (OH! or the waterfall theme!). PM me for any DKC songs (SNES or GB) that you might do ^_^

this is my FAVORITE SONG ON THAT GAME! I never understood why noone (including myself) had never made a remix b/c it was such a fun tune to begin with. Way to stay true to the original and build upon it and make it even happier feeling!

you can chew on it for a long time till all the flavor is gone, but once you bite into the next cut, its the same flavor and taste, but still oh so good. This song boasts a good 10 minutes worth of energy and rhythm-a techno-head like myself's DREAM-and yet every time the song returns to the melody or moments of cool-down, it is as flavorful and enjoyable as the first time you heard it. I've been listening to this song for a good 2-3 weeks now and I still find myself raving where I find myself at the time of listening to it. I am addicted to the epic/peaceful-feel-like-I-am-flying feel of it all. And because "Paradise on E" is on so many of my playlists, CDs, played it so many times on AudioSurf (YouTube AudioSurf if you don't know what it is) and have had it on repeat for so long in my car, I am comfortable saying that as far as I am concerned, this is single-handedly the BEST song on NG. Karco is in the same leagues as Pulstate, Cornandbeans, G-r4ve and A-New-Decade as far as I am concerned (yes, yes, and due credit to BOUNC3 who composed the original). This song plays wonderfully alongside such songs as Airborn, Departure, Waves across the Universe, etc. And the only thing I could imagine being better than THIS here song is all five of the above mentioned artists putting their creative MASTERMINDS together to make the song to end-all techno songs of awesomeness (of course there will be 12 year-olds with no life that vote it down-but few care for them)!

N-E-ways, amazing song. Love it for always, download, 5 outta 5, 10 outta 10, (Obviously) a download (the full quality version is pure liquid ecstacy btw), and a favorited song and artist. Karco, sorry for taking SO LONG on getting this review up. Thanks for putting this up and for all the BUTT-LOAD of work you put into this. You should be very proud of this song.

makes me want to whip out my psone and play harvest moon in the lobby of some fancy over-priced hotel while people pass by and look at me weird as they watch me play harvest moon in a very animated fashion, and then the dude behind the lobby desk would come over and tell me to leave for being overly animated. But if it was a girl that came over from behind the counter(she'd be cute like one of the pink haired girls in the game), she'd ask me for my number.

So thanks alot for getting me in trouble/helpin me get a cute girl's number ^o' love the song. 10 outta 10, 5 outta 5. and I'll have to download for those days I want to do the above scenario or chillax.
